you can build a 4 ball arsenal with any of balls from Ebonites current line (spare ball not included)
what would it be?
-
I don't have them all but I'd like to throw them all eventually.
I'd go with:
V2 Strong
V2 Strong/R
V2 Sanded (lightly polished)
V2 Sweet
Not sure that's versatile enough, but that's what I'd like to throw. If my lane conditions were dryer I'd probably toss out the V2 Strong and go with a V2 Dry or V2 Clean.
I wouldn't consider anything from the Instinct, Element (Fire/Ice) or Time (Game Time, Show Time, etc.) lines.

V2 Strong/R Heavy
V2 Sanded Med-Heavy
V2 Sweet Medium - Medium light
V2 Dry Light

Keep looking... I'm sure there's a 300 in one of those balls you keep buying!!
Inverted has a pretty good line right there.

I would have to agree with Inverted 1 , my wife is an Ebonite 'person', has a couple of the V2 series, we don't have HEAVY oil, much, but I don't think you could go wrong with a V2 line up.
my 2 cents are up

Am tossing this idea around in my head too.. but would the V2 sweet be able to handle true mediums? Won't a slightly polished V2 sanded (a contrary statement if I ever made one.. heh heh), be a better intermediate choice between the sanded and the sweet?

Primetime Sanded-Medium-heavy+
V2 Sanded- Medium
V2 Sanded(polished)-Medium light
V2 Clean- Lightish oil (drill it to go long, mine is pretty strong for a light oil ball)
These balls are all midprice balls, and I have them all. One V2 sanded(polished) and use it for medium to medium light. You cant go wrong with any of them. You can read my reviews of the PTS and maybe the others I dont know. For midprice balls, these things can sure give the high performance balls a run for their money.
