Pursuit and pursuit s.
« on: March 30, 2012, 12:45:08 PM »
I'm thinking of drilling both of these but am worried about having overlap. Are these balls different enough to warrant having both in the bag or should I drill one and possibly a mission x

ebonite designed these balls for different types of bowlers. in theory you would buy one of them based on your style of play. they would definitely overlap

I had drilled a both and tried them. I found that the asymmetrical core in the pursuit allowed me to choose where I placed the mass bias to either create an earlier rolling layout or skid/smoother layout. With the pursuit s, I felt like this ball was more angular. Check out the video on my shops Facebook or YouTube page if youd like to see the angular shape of the S. you can also shine the S to create a longer skid before snapping that will create a larger gap between the two.  HOpe this helps.
