The iconic Ebonite GB series has been without a stronger solid cover for a little while now. While the Game Breaker name continues to be the best value in bowling and the core remains unchanged, it’s the surface that separates them. The GB2 is a staple in many bowlers’ bags, but some needed the same type motion with more traction. Changing to the GB 12.7 formulation provides that traction in oil and more continuation than the previous GB4 Solid. Pair this choice with the GB4 Hybrid and you have a great 1-2 combination for most league patterns. For those who need lighter weights, the cores have been adjusted. In the 10 and 11 pound range, the GB5 will give bowlers a smooth continuous rolling motion than other balls in the weight range. Dynamicore is there for added durability plus the surface can be easily adjusted, if needed.
