Title: Ebonite Gamebreaker
Post by: john178 on December 08, 2011, 08:09:07 AM

Two questions:

Is the Gamebreaker an angular -or- archy ball ?

My league mate bowls with a Columbia Beast.  An old ball but still gets the job done until the last few months.  It doesn't seem to want to hook hard any longer, so he's looking for a newer ball to replace it?    What are some of the newer bowling balls he should take a look at?  He's looking for something that is archy and smooth. I'm not sure what his specs are, but I do know his speed is often between 13-14 mph.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The Gamebreaker is an early rolling and smooth backend type ball. It's what most call a "Benchmark" ball. Since it's discontinued now but still avaiable on some online places. Check with your local proshop. All companies out there have a ball that have the same type of ball motion like the Gamebreaker.

He should also consider the Warning Sign. It is new and readily available.

Remember, ALL BOWLING IS LOCAL!
