Title: Ebonite High Rev player trick layouts
Post by: LuckyLefty on August 04, 2012, 08:11:06 PM
I was just looking at the layouts for an Ebonite Mission X.

In it were two drillings for high rev players.  One on the left for Jason Couch and one on the right for Tommy Jones.

Both have the pin way up from the fingers and the MB fairly strong.

Both drillings caution that only high rev players can use them.

Anyone try them?  Anyone a normal rev player? I am not a high rev player but a rev dominant player!  Can it work with this drilling?

Regards,

I  have been tempted to try this layout as well.

The pin way up high like that will cause a lot of length and will most likely cause carry problems for those without the revs to get the ball to hit.

I am planning on layout a ball out as such and then measuring the angles with Mo's Dual Angle system. I am then planning on asking him for his interpretation on what it will do for my game.

I'll ask Mo Pinel today. Im at innovatives pro shop training class this weekend and he, Mike Luongo, and John Jameson are the instructors.
