Anyone attending The Home Coming on June 19th in Hopkinsville?
How about Showcase at Pinnacle Lanes in Clarksville?
Bowl Expo in Nashville?

This is summer.. I wonder if they'd follow suit with Hammer and go back in time with a new Matrix.

I attended a Demo for The Matrix back in the early 90's.
Ryan Shaffer was there. Black ball no markings, only Ebonite logo.

Has Ebonite explained the difference between the Matrix and Mission Unknown? They use the same cover and core numbers are fairly similar except the Mission core has a higher intermediate diff

Just a update of the unknown. I can't see them both being much different motion. Length with snap..

Most all the Bowlers at the Showcase commented how even the Matrix was . I recall only one ex PBA  Bowler with a lot of tilt thought it snapped.
I have a Black and Red Unknown. I will certainly compare all three as well
as the Pearl Maverick.

The original Matrix balls were known for revving very hard in the midlane and having a strong arc off the back of the pattern. This ball looks a touch earlier and stronger overall than the black Mission Unknown.

Knocked the shine off the Matrix for a 40 ' flat pattern. Black Unknown was the earliest.
Red and Matrix were pretty close in reaction. Pearl Maverick was sharpest.
All had a light pass  of 1000 by hand. Have not used Matrix on House Pattern, I can see it would be very Bowler Friendly.
