Title: evolve vs jigsaw
Post by: Metal_rules on September 06, 2009, 03:47:37 AM
im debating on these 2 balls -- im leaning twords the evolve. im looking for a ball that will be more agressive than what i currently have. there are a lot of good reviews on both balls. i am more of a down and in player if that helps. whats your input, thanks.

Both balls are very good, but if you like to play "down and in", take a look at the LaneBreaker. Very good ball!

Just make sure if you get the Jigsaw you don't drill it with the pin down.  It will burn up quicker than a red head in Mexico.

I threw both of these balls at a demo day last Saturday.  I and several other
people around me did not have any success with the Jigsaw.

I threw both the evolve and the jigsaw at the Powerhouse Challenge.  Although I liked how the evolve rolled, the jigsaw, for me, was worlds better.

I think its just one of those balls that you have to match up with...some people do and some people don't.  I guess I matched up perfectly with it.  Its like a magnet to the pocket and gives me a good amount of area to play with.  It carries better than anything I have.

Mine is drilled pin up, 4 1/2 pin - pap.  The house I regularly bowl at is VERY slick and inconsistent at times, and the jigsaw still makes the corner nice and hard.

Hope this helps
