What ball does Ebonite make or any other company that is just like this ball?  They are starting to get a little hard to find now.  This is one of my favorite ball and the first out of my bag.

Ebay.  If you are looking for 15 there are like 5 auctions for 15 lb Players.

I am not experienced enough to do a review but I just got a Player. I am a low rev hard throwing stroker. My favorite line is hard and fast down 5.
I took the Player to my lanes which are the driest synthetics on the East coast.
I played my favorite shot and blew ther rack 5 in a row then a ringing 8 which I carelessly missed. finished with 245.
Just for the experience I started moving far left the ball consistently came back and carried.
I know it's rated med - heavy oil but the Player is a great dry lane crusher if you are apower bowler.
Just curious what did they sell for new?

You might want to look into the obsession (if the early revving action of the player is what you liked).  On a demo day, 38 feet of oil, X-mas tree pattern, light oil volumes, they behaved quite similarly for me.  Early revving and nice mid lane roll.  Backends were slightly different. You could probably compesate with drilling and surface adustment.

the obsession is particle tho..

You can find NIB Players all over the internet. I have seen prices as low as $50 shipped.
