Help on new ball?!!!
« on: July 17, 2006, 02:50:17 PM »
Fall leagues are getting ready to start in August and I want a new ball for the season.  I currently throw the OverTime and have had good success with the ball except on those really oily nights.  Our house has synthetic lanes and are usually medium to heavy oil.  I have a high track and lower revs.  In order for me to get the OT to work the optimum ball speed is 13-14, any faster and it just skids through the break point.  I am looking for a heavy oil ball.  I've been looking at the widow and zilla or the big one and infinite one. Anyway, anything from the hammer/ebonite line would be a welcome suggestion.

Thanks

Drill up a Big One.  Out of all the "One" series balls, the Big One starts rolling the soonest but still has some pop left on the backend.  It will be a good complement to the Overtime.
