I have not done a direct comparison, but I do have both balls.  The Game Breaker hooks sooner and has more of an arc.  The One is longer and snaps more.  My Game Breaker covers a lot more boards, but that is compared a One that has a lot of games on it.  For me, even though the Game Breaker covers more boards, I would not consider it a heavy oil ball.  With a simlar layout, the Special Agent, Paradigm and Schorchin' Inferno all hook more.

The Game Breaker and The One would be a good 1-2 combination for the normal league shots.
