I was recently browsing 123bowl and came across this:
http://www.123bowl.com/ball.asp?ballid=2518
It's a grey 3-piece reactive with the old Crush/R logo. It says that it is being made for a "big name sporting goods chain." Does anyone know what chain has them? My dad loves the Crush/R. He's has like 4 of them, plus one that is new in the box, plus a NIB blue Crush, and every piece of equipment with the logo on it, bags, shirts, towels, you name it. I'd really like to pick one of these up for him, but I don't know who is selling them.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

I hate to break it to you but it said "were" made. They don't make them anymore...

Thanks a lot guys. I never thought to check Dick's. I know that they bought out Galyans, but I keep on forgetting since we only have Galyan's, Sport's Authority and Sportmart around here. I definitely need to order one, or two.
Too bad it's only a three-piece.

This ball will not be like the old Crush/R...different core, etc. The only similarity that I can see would be the logo.

I know it's not the same, but it's still neat. Nostaglia is a crazy thing. This one's just a three-piece reactive, but we have every other Crush, so why not this one. It's like all those plastic balls Columbia made in the Nineties with regular logos, like the Beast, the Boss, the Rage, the Triton, etc. Besides, right now I'm throwing an old Poly Classic and a Power Torq in my Tuesday, second shift doubles league. A three piece ball is just as good as any other if you have enough hand and/or the lanes are fried.
