Honor

Sounds like it will be a polished hybrid with the Pivot core. Looking forward to this and can't wait to see how it stacks up to the Black Widow Legend. Any staff guys tossed this yet?

I love the colour combination on this, as it reminds me of the Columbia Boss Pearl from the late 90s.

Looking at the numbers, this would appear to go straight against the BW Legend at OOB finish, though would slot under the Pivot Point.

If all three of those are still very strong balls, and its direct compliment in the Hammer line is for medium to heavy conditions, I wonder why this would be for medium only..

I'd love to see this against the Pivot and Pivot point, actually.

Video is up on Youtube. That ball looks STRONG for a pearl. TJ threw at least 3 different lines with it, and that ball came back HARD.

Only problem I saw was that they compared it to the Energy Source, which is obviously going to be a weaker ball just because of the core alone. They also don't say much about the coverstock; in fact, they don't say anything at all.

I'm iffy on it, as I'd now love to see how it compares to the BW Legend.

According to the Ebonite site it is a strong Hybrid, I would suspect an updated version of the Pivot but added polish. I'm willing to bet if you were to dull this to the same surface as the first Pivot it would be stronger.

If you have a Black Widow Legend, compare the two, please. Inquiring minds would love to see how they compare.

Got Gamebreaker2 and Honor today. Can compare to original Gamebreaker as I have a few. Have not rolled a Hammer since test Deep Purple.

Have a Pivot or Pivot Point you could compare it to?

Where would you put this compared to the Legacy? That is my go to currently after the Pivot starts burning up. I do love the Legacy, have some of my best scores with that ball.

Gamebreaker, Legacy and Energy Source are in the bag as of now. Will do some shakedown to compare this week.

For me, Legacy seems smooth after rolling The Honor . Honor was very long on fresh. Was a little over/ under. Pivot and Pivot Point way earlier .
A/C was down. Hard to be think about shots with all the folks asking me why is it so hot in here. Our house is know to be chilly.
Honor will be great on medium and later play patterns.
Gamebreaker 2 will be next week.

Hmm interesting. Sounds like less ball then the Legend would be. I know you said it has a different motion than the Legacy, but were they about the same in boards covered. Could you post a pic of your layout? Thanks.

Pin below ring finger, CG kicked out 45 degrees. Balance hole 6 inches over 2 inches down. This ball is not for heavy oil patterns. Pivot takes care of that.
More testing later.

Is this the same layout of your Pivot, or something similar?
