hello all.
I bought a clash a month and a half ago...and it's got around 40 games on it.  it's has quite a few chips and dents on it already...is that normal and also the half of the surface is not glossy anymore...is there a way to fix the chips and make is glossy again?

i was kinda disappointed with the damage on it already and i have never drop it or anything like that...please help.
