Infinte One and the Angular One
« on: November 01, 2006, 11:06:49 PM »
Greetings
Would the Infinite One be very similar to the Angular One if the cover was to be brought up to 4000 G-abralon and then add a little polish to it?  just wondering
as the Infinite One is going real cheap now a days on-line...

I know the the Angular One is pearl so thats why I thought by adding the polish/4000-G to the Infinite Ones cover that it just might go long and crazy and the back end. Thanks,

Big Jake

Interesting question...

Just last night...saw a demo CD of all sorts of ball comparisons to the Angular one....adn the infinite one with a lot of glossy polish on top of 4000 was one of them.

I forgot.  There must have been 20 different comparisons.  It was great!
I don't balls without this cd comparison anymore.  As of that moment!

Many proshops will probably have that cd in!

Ron Hickland was the host by the way.  Impressive guy and presentation.

It hooks!  and then it hooks...some more!

I would imagine that the Infinite One would still be smoother and earlier, but its so early into the AO's release its too soon to tell

Hey Group,
I just got back from my first practice with my new "Infinite One". All I can say is WOW!!!

After reading all around about how aggressive this is ball was I had decided to drill it to go looooooooooong and strong so I did, I also keep it at its OOB condition.

I've got it with the pin up over the fingers and even though that sounds tame...think again, whew! I threw it on a single lane which just got fresh heavy oil it, I figured I'd try a swing shot but

there was to much oil on it so I moved right and now I was standing with my Rt. foot on 16 and throwing pretty much over the 2nd arrow.

The ball went long and then when it touched the dry, BAM!! see ya!! LOL. freaking awesome. That was the shot for about two games. Very clean and what powerful strikes it left.

After awhile I had to move left so I got to try the swing shot and that was actually much more impressive to me then throwing straight up the 2nd arrow, it
went long, real long, and then hit the dry and made a very smooth and powerful crushing arc to the pocket.

I know that it probably sounds kinda corny saying "a very smooth and powerful crushing arc to the pocket" but thats exactly how it rolls, very controlled.

It had all of the locals sneaking by and checking out the new ball and the impressive strikes it was giving...that was kinda cool

So, I can only imagine what the "Angular One" can do on a  "med-oil" condition and since I really am very impressed with what EBONITE has now I will be getting
the "Angular One".

Here is one old dude that says kudos to team EBONITE for a killer ball, later all.
