does the weightblock in the new bash look like it came from the smashtime pearl, and the weightblock in the clash looks like the old bomb cores from the tomahawk/matrix series?

They have been re-released and it looks like they didn't just change the coverstock color. Retread cores.
Good eye...

The new weight block that it shows in the Bash is from the SmashTime and the Clash is similar to the Matrix line! Wow, I hope that's the case and I'll be getting those! Thanks, Bruce

sure looks like it to me. Those cores are different from the original Bash and Clash cores. One was from the old Wave and one was from the old Cougar/Puma line.
The Clash Turq/Purple looks like the old Tomahawk core.
The Bash Red/Black looks almost like an Apex core. Wonder if it's the photo or the webmaster got hold of the wrong core photo?

I think what they are doing with this line is keeping coverstocks on balls but changing the cores in them, so you can get some different ball movements. All I can say is I am loving both of these balls already and I havent even thrown one yet! lol Soon enough though... any one have an idea on a release date?

If they change the cores, the balls have to go thru the expensive USBC re-aproval process, I believe. I think they'd also have to be renamed. I still wonder if the new cores are not some mistake?

I hope its not a mistake, lol. I dont need another Clash, just a diff color. I really like the idea or a asymetrical core in a weaker coverstock! I will be waiting and hoping...
