Jungle green and TPC player
« on: June 09, 2004, 06:08:13 PM »
Yesterday I ended up giving up a great ball, a Columbia Formula to a buddy who throws 16 for a 15 pound Jungle Green.

Well we were trading he threw maybe 25 out of 27 with his Jungle green(16 pound version). He gave me the 15.

I had never heard of the thing!  WOW.

Is it a remake of the Predator Red Sparkle?  Savage core?  A lot of continuation!

Also a fellow has offered me a TPC player, is this a Vortex 2 with a touch of more length?

jungle green....A rare combination of the same Big Bangâ„¢ particle resin coverstock as our famous Apex Adrenaline with the medium RG, high-flare core of the Savage line (taken from a web site)

Is the predator red and Jungle green same ball or do you see differences?

Lucky,
They are defiantly different, the sparkle goes allot longer. I they i have the Jungle drilled is very stacked for heavy oil, i have a allot of hand in the ball with tons of revs, but it is a smooth reaction that is very devastating to the pocket. The sparkle is just as smooth but has more length, also is a havoc reeker in the pocket. I really do notice differences because both are smooth on the front ends but you really see a difference in the backend reaction. Also i do have a Apex Adrenaline, the jungle has a backend presence like it. To me they react very consistent, if you can hit them the same they react the same everytime. Lucky if you want to know more about them email me sheppy335@yahoo.com. thanks!

Thanks for the good info guys!

Also I think others would be interested too Shep.

How is Red Sparkle drilled?

BrianN, I don't know if you saw but I went to TPC Player drilling on Ebonite site and picked up two different drillings for a Revs Leverage one for high tracker and one for low!

Also a lot of stuff on their site regarding how to drill out mass bias or leave in.

Great stuff!

Thanks,
