threw the striking motion last night
« on: June 12, 2009, 12:30:06 AM »
So last night in league i threw the ebonite striking motion now i know this topic has been beaten to death but i cant find the old post about it sorry guys, anyways i dont see why everybody talked so badly about this ball, does it die quickly or something like that? as for a reaction mine was fine. very consistant even though i wasnt, took well to hand postions, recovery if i missed right, hold if i missed left. i guess i just dont see what the problem with this ball is. Maybe you guys know something i dont, im a tweener med speed med - high rev rate(i think) ball drilled pin right of the ring finger.

People didn't see the big backend(long and strong) from this ball which seems to define if a ball lives up to expectations or not. Ebonite also stated that it would cut through heavy lane oil but that doesn't work for most bowlers with bowling balls at 4000 grit.

yea i could imagine it wouldnt be that great with alot of oil but on medium - heavy it was a beast and i def saw the big backend, maybe its the drill i just didnt know if i was going to have to replace it in a few months lol

ya ebonite advertised it as their big hook monster that will hook on anything and most people saw a benchmark type reaction and didnt like it

Its not a bad ball by any means. The way I had mine layout was to weak for me, and I had a one inch pin. In this area it worked better for those with higher rev rates.

I will sell anyone here a perfect 15 lber pin up for 70.00 shipped, ball has under 15 games and is not a huge hooker but far from dead either.
