Legend One

Has anybody tossed this piece? I'm planning on buying one when I get paid tomorrow night, just curious if it's out in the wild yet.

Is it a international release or an upcoming release?

Think its an international release. I think I might have seen one being used on an international show.

Yeah, it's an international release. I put my order in so we'll see. I also got ahold of a guy who has the Evolution Angular One, so I'm placing that order tomorrow. Both look amazing, but we'll see when they're actually here.

Bugsy sent me one back in September. He also sent a Red Source.
The Legend One is beautiful as well as a great performer.
Good length and a good back end motion.
Did I mention how attractive the Black with gold engraving is.  :)

I'm ready to get some holes put in mine, let alone get it. It's going to be a fun night as soon as my One's come in, though. What kind of shot have you thrown it on, Doc?

Easy house shot, polished. flatter house shot and practice on USBC Minors with 2000 and 1000 surface. The ball is designed for med oil house shots.
Let us know how you like it.
Ebonite has two balls coming out shortly with 7 others from the EBI Family due out in the next coulpa months.More great stuff.

Went and got them both drilled up today. Ho. Lee. Crap. These things are...well...AWESOME.

Bowled on a pair that was freshest in the house, oiled last night. I was standing 30, laying down about 27, crossing 20 at the arrows and pushing 5 at the break point with the Legend One. It sails, glides, and then LEFT TURN. It's so beautiful!

Now, onto the Evolution Angular One. Stood 40, laid down at 36, crossed 30 at the arrows, break point was 10 board. If I let it out of 10, it burned up. If I pulled it in, it would hold but I'd leave a 9 pin or a 4-9. This thing grips early and turns hard. I also found that this ball gives a super gut shot! Just stand 40, throw at the 3 pin while coming straight up the back, and it'll do a solid roll at full speed and carry out.

And. Well. Game 2 was a 290 alternating back and forth with the two. Left a 9 pin first frame.

Sorry to catch this thread so late.  I bought the remaining inventory on the Black Legend One.  This was as close to a Taboo cover and motion as I have found in the past few years.  At present it's exhausted but just got in a small supply of the Premium Legend One which is the same core with a shiny red "Taboo" ish coverstock.

This along with the Evolution Angular One and the Blue Source.

So are you selling them or just letting us know you bought some?
