I just wonder what reaction the ball will have? I don't understand why a high end ball has to be a big hooking ball. Why can't they come up with a cover a stock and
core combo that can be for drier lanes or high rev players? That still hits like the TNV which I love the carry I get with it, but that doesn't do me any good when
I can't throw the ball most of the time and it has a very weak lay out on it. They brought ou the V2 Dry in the vortex's series so why can't they do the same with the One series now that they are coming out with NV series?

Because alot of bowlers are not looking for a drier condition ball. They could easily save 60-100$ on a cheaper ball than go with a high end light oil ball. You have to remember not everyone has 6-7 balls. They are looking to release Medium oil balls for typical league folks, who buy 1-2 balls a year.

Most people don't want to spend $200 for a ball that doesn't hook very much, either.  Most entry-level balls have light-oil characteristics (weaker covers, lower flare, higher-RG cores) anyway, so the need for a light oil ball with a high tech strong asymmetric core and more modern cover aren't usually needed.
