I've seen a couple of reviews on this so far (EBI, BowlersMart, etc.), and this looks like an absolutely killer ball.

Anyone know how this would compare to the Pivot? This looks to be the perfect replacement for it, while letting the Warrior become the pearl version of it (sorta like Ebonite's answer to Hammer's BWRL Solid and BWRL).

So I'm asking the obvious question, which would sell me on it: stronger than the Pivot, or less?

I don't know it this will help you much my buddy is the regional pro staff with Ebonite and he is on my team and was throwing the Elite. I would say from what I remember about the Pivot is that the Elite is more continuous down lane with the same drilling on both his balls.

Elite is a nice strong piece, to me it looks like its stronger in the back part were as the pivot is a little more midlane and not as strong on the back, again just my 2 cents..

Pivot is earlier. Elite is together on the backend.
Pivot was way too early for me on most conditions.
I applied factory finish over box  finish, got it down the lane
and good backend.
Red Warrior, B/W Limited and Elite makes a great Tournament bag.

Good to know we were thinking something similar, as I was going to replace the Pivot with the Elite, complement that with the Red Warrior, then BRWL, which I already have. Not much difference between the BW Limited and BWRL, except a slightly stronger coverstock.

I have to add that this ball has made it's way in to my arsenal to stay!

I have mine currently drilled pin under the bridge, strong cg placement with a weight hole.  The success I have had with this ball has been on mostly medium to heavier oil patterns where it allows me to keep my angles shut down and play the lanes straighter (which I prefer :) )

The surface is at 1000 - it gives me a very early roll yet so smooth and continuous in the back. A must have for anyone looking for a ball that's strong yet predictable!!

Anyone else get this ball yet or is everyone having to wait till Christmas to open theirs like me? lol

This'll be my 1st Ebonite ball in the last 12 or so years so I'm excited to see what it does for me.

I really love this ball but with how I got it drilled it is probably only coming out for sport shots. I have it drilled pin under ring finger with a big weight hole. I am loving EBI international and my favorite ball is the code of honor. The elite is a very strong bowling ball. I have several EBi balls and am loving them all.
