Probably not particle, ebonite/hammer have gotten away from particle for the most part.

I heard from my Ball Driller it's supposed to hook 4-5 more boards than the TNV.

or have the lanes shaped like an aircraft carrier... speed control now is also important, so the ball won't fall "overboard".

No doubt, I threw a TNV and thought that was way too much ball for me. I dont like to play 6th arrow or gutter loft all that much unless I have to.
