I have only been bowling for about 4 1/2 months (i used to bowl 19-20 yrs. old)
which is now 30 years ago. I am a down-in bowler, 16MPH, med rev, 5 degree axis
with a PAP of 5 3/4 by 1 1/4 up (note: both these balls layed out thinking the PAP was 5 1/4 by 3/4 up). I have two NVS,layed out as follows :
1st layout- 1" PIN CG both placed in palm under ring finger, mass bias 45*
2nd layout- 3 1/4" PIN 1" above bridge CG placed in palm stacked, MB 45*
The second ball is my go to ball and I want to tinker with the 1st ball. I
am thinking that the way it rolls, really nice arcing motion, that it would
make for a good ball to experiment with to cover med. heavy / heavy patterns.
My question is this, is my reasoning correct? If so, what would be the best
way to adjust the coverstock. I have never adjusted one, so, step by step!!??!!
Would a weight hole in this ball make it more agressive as well??
Thanks in advance for your advice guys/gals.
