Don't want to sound like an arse but why are you asking here? If you haven't already sent them an email then send them one.

sorry, but no one made you buy the big one... LOL..

I have seen alot of them in my area and most are still going strong but some have died out.. I have a spinner and it does make a HUGE difference with how easy it is to maintain and clean my equipment..

I recommend a vertex 1/2 HP. You can't go wrong with that spinner..

hmm lets think about this one... a bowling ball is kinda like a car... a good one will last you a very long time as long as you keep up the maintenance.... so you take a car in for a routine service every so often... with a bowling ball the same is needed... especially something as aggressive and oil soaking as a big one... if u do not maintain the cover why would it react the same at all times...

hmm lets see vehicle maintenance u say, I fully understand the benefits of proper maintenance to include maintaining my bowling equipment and maybe its me ,but nothing brings the ball back like a ball spinner. I maintain my own vehicles ,dont have to go to the auto shop for every little thing, soaking this ball isnt enough ,and its basically pretty limited to me if i cant expect to be able to trust it for more than 6 games after the proshop hits it on the spinner.
