Not too bad.  Let the ball drop into your swing more freely and cut down on the loft a bit.  Timing and armswing look nice.

Only thing from a personal point of view is that you seem to drop you bowling shoulder very much and steer the pendulum. Goes into Nails' direction, but I do not see anything basically wrong - especially when you can repeat it.

hehe thanks for the comments

generally i dont play with one hand, that day was helping my friend to adjust his shot. the only time i do one hand is for spares or when im playin on dry lanes.

i'll post my 2hand release later on
