I am here just to say how much I love the Pin Slasher. First off I love the V2 core, my favorite of all time, plus the Angular One cover, brilliant. Drilled mine up about a month and a half ago and have shot lights out with it. The pinnacle was Friday night, I went 285-276-279 for an 840 set. This ball rolls amazing. Have it drilled with the pin above the ring and the cg kicked to the right a little. Goes long and stores energy even with the duller cover. Just had to say way to go Ebonite on another amazing release!

It's such a great ball that someone decided to steal my 1st one

Wish I could get that core in a black Turbo cover.

Is the GBV12.7 a Pearl Cover and the PS is just sanded? Or does it have a solid version of that cover?
--------------------
HAMMERDOWN!!!
-
It's the solid version.

Raid is a pearl. Pretty sure the Pinslasher is a solid version of that 12.7 cover.

Just picked one up last night, cant wait to get it drilled. PBA300900 how is yours layed out and why if you don't mind sharing?

My low game on a house shot with mine is 200 still, in the Videoballreviews.com review is my ball with same exact layout on it since it was his ball first.
I track alot higher than him though 5 5/8 over and 7/8 up, ball is amazing whatever slight surface change Britton did was dead on. It is slightly polished compared to all of the other ones I have seen so far oob.
This is ball lets you play in oil and swing it wide on a wide open house shot, I shot 198,202,204 at Cashman on the Masters pattern last week with it.
I am going to get a 2 nd one and put a 4 1/2 drilling on it with a lower pin than this ball which for me is 5 5/8 pin to pap.
This ball is the best of the new series and maybe of any v2 cored ball, I had 3 sanded V2's they were too smooth for me and my rev rate.

Here is the layout I have:
___P
O O
____CG
O
There is a weight hole on my pap. The main reason I have it drilled this way is because this is my favorite drill pattern. I track very high and cover a large circumference of the ball which tends to make it roll early, so this helps to get the ball down the lane for me.

How is the Pinslasher at handling carrydown, and on synthetic lanes? Is the ball angular or more of an arc motion, and what kind of oil can it handle in real use? I'd like something that gives me more angle to the pocket.
-
if i needed a benchmark ball this year this would definately be it

Just picked up mine and it looks kind of shiny under that 4000 abralon surface? I think the PS might have the same pearl cover as the AO. I mean i have seen solids and pearls and this ball seriously looks like a pearl. It has that dull shine when sanded...
--------------------
HAMMERDOWN!!!
-
My is also shiny I pmed Britton to see if he touched it or if there are shiny models leaving the factory.
-
i have the SR300 which is the GB10.7 solid version at 4000 dull and it has that light shiny appearance like a slightly polished solid. ex. rapid fire solid or avalanche solid. <----not as shiny as those but you get what i mean right?

I have bowled with it on Pro Lanes and SPL's and it moves.
