Correct Number for Bash balls?
« on: January 06, 2010, 03:32:16 AM »
Seems wherever you go you see different numbers for each Bash ball. I ordered the newer Red/Black one, but have got the pearl.

The older looks to have an Ice core, the newer one (Red/Black) has a rounder core. Can anyone tell me accurate numbers for each for a 15lb ball pls, and an overall hook number if possible. Thanks.

15lbs old Bash (Purple/Yellow/Vomit) - 2.57 rg, .031 diff
http://ebonite.com/products/product_detail/bash_purple_yellow_silver_pearl (click on shelf talker)
15lbs new Bash (Red/Black) - 2.55 rg, .025 diff
http://ebonite.com/products/product_detail/bash_black_red

Both have the same ratings, but judging by the numbers I would assume the older one hooks a little more.

Many thanks. I had found the shelf taker info eventually anyway and come to the same conclusions that the older will hook a little more. It gets 44 for hook, vs 41 for a Black Ice and 39 for the Ice according to BTM.

Psycho, I like to throw lots of different balls just to get an idea how they roll. Will probably get used in league just.

=)
