The legacy is stronger than the Pivot Point mainly due to the difference in cover.  Legacy is a hybrid and the point is a pearl. Surprisingly the legacy still goes fairly long before making a very hard turn to the pocket.  Shot 740 last night using the Legacy for the first 2 games then switching to a Cyclone.  The point I have seems to get a lot of over under reaction with the current oil conditions I am seeing here.

Is your reasoning with personal experience? The Pivot Point has a stronger asymmetric core and a stronger cover than the Legacy

The core in the Legacy is no weakling. In fact it has a higher Intermediate Diff than the CB2 found in the Pivot series.

Legacy Specs: 2.51 0.50 .022
Pivot/Point/Honor: 2.48 .049 .017

I use my Legacy as the step down from my original Pivot and could not be happier with both of them as a 1-2 punch. The Legacy has made me more money than any other ball in the past and wheels back from most anywhere.
