Would the Pivot Point be similar to the Mission 2.0.

If I remember correctly, the 2.0 had a solid coverstock. The closest might be the Energy Source with polish knocked off as it uses the mission core

Mission 2.0 was pearl. That ball at the time had the most pearl additive ever in the ebonite line. I haven't taken the shine off my pivot point yet, but they could be close. I would say the pivot point may be stronger with the same surface. I love my 2.0 and love the motion of the pivot point. I really feel this is an overlooked ball because it is ebonite. The pivot point really gives a great down lane motion.

Interesting.  I've never seen any manufacturer mention an amount of pearl added to a ball.  There's no reason they couldn't vary the amount added, but I've never seen it talked about.
