I am getting a playmaker soon and thinking of how to get it drilled.
Thinking 1-2 in pin to pap. my only real experience with the V2 core is a v2 strong drilled Rico. (way too much ball for what I need, also I'm too high
Looking to fit this under an archrival and a Troad Pearl. but with a different smoother look.
any thoughts?

To elaborate: My specs are in my profile. I want it for carrydown. also looking @ knocking the polish ooff.
Solids aren't usually my bestfriend, too much trouble clearing the heads, so sanded pearl is my better option.

Drilled mine up 4.5" under middle. The ball is clean up front, revs up strong in the mids and is strong and continuous downlane. It will probably be too much ball for what you want though, it's fairly strong, I have a gamebreaker with the same drilling and surface, and the overall hook potential is very close.

I am leaning really hard towards getting a Playmaker and if I do, I plan on drilling it 4 1/2 x 3 3/4 with pin under fingers. Just sort of waiting at the moment to see what the BTM says about it. I don't always agree with BTM but still like to read what they have to say about balls before buying them.
