Playmaker or Smashtime

You are starting the third game, the lanes have dried up. If you had a choice
between a Playmaker or Smashtime Which is the best choice ?

Smash time pearl is pretty weak for me, if you would like nice pin over ring ball with about 20 frames let me know. Cut to cut right at 4 inches 50.00 shipped to get it out of my house, ball is 15 lbs.

Playmaker from what i see is pretty strong in the mids and backend, might work from very deep lines.

I don't have a Playmaker, but I do have the Smashtime and it is really great when the lanes first start to breakdown.  These two balls have a similar reaction, but I'd say that the Playmaker is the stronger of the two.  The Smashtime is a really controllable pearl for me as it is relatively weak, yet has a particle pearl coverstock that gives it a bit of traction and smooths out over under.  The Playmaker with its Low Rg core should also be very smooth, but it seems to be more of a fresh oil piece to to its strength.
