Give it a rest dude.  It's late at night during the week.  Anyone with a normal job is sleeping.  Very few posters are online at this time.  Mostly lurkers.  I'm sure by lunchtime you'll get some answers.

How clever, deleting half of your ttt's.

A great majority of the posters are from the U.S.  That means that there isn't anyone awake that can help you right now.  Bumping a post 5-8 times in an hour make you look like a pest.

What are you going to do, sell the balls before you go to bed if you find that the covers stay aggressive?  I said it nicer before, but patience is a virtue.  Why don't you at least mention exactly which new Ebonite balls you bought?  That would at least ensure that anyone willing to answer your post has the proper information.

ok well I'm 16 with a 20 hour job a week with 2 nights of night school at a community college on top of my regular high school and I'm on here, so I guess there has to be other people.  But after my multiple experience with ebonite as well as friends as mine, I find them to go bad very soon and die out.  I had a TPC Warrior and that was the only one that last the average length of any of my other bowling balls.  I tend to find my Storm and Brunswick equipment lasting the longest.  Well, take joy in your ebonite ball while it lasts, I guess that's why they made a specialized "hook again center" which is supposed to rejuvenate "their" balls back to 98% of it's beginning reaction.  Good luck, if you really like it, I would use it only when you have to, such as tournaments and things like that. hope that helps. Now I gotta go finish some homework
PS: I've tried all companies except for Lane 1 (too expensive) and visionary (not supplied in pro shop)

Let's see.  From what I have, Optyx Spider still aggressive and it's been 3 years now.  Another one, V2 Sweet still be very aggressive but it's still has a long way to go to be sure of.  My friend once told me that V2 Sand and V2 Sweet will be very aggressive in the beginning.  After sometimes, it's still be aggressive but in a more predictable manner.

I'm assume that if you're choosing all those particle no matter high or low loaded particle balls.  The coverstock will be die eventually.  It's only matter of time but from what I heard V2 Particle is the fastest ball to die.

It's also up to your ball maintenance.  If you're only use Ebonite equipment, then visit their tech center on the site to see what's the best way to clean your ball and keep it in the shape.

No matter reactive or particle, every bowling balls will die but reactive coverstock will live longer.  My Optyx Spider has been sand at least 5 times but it's still great ball.

From you profile, I'm guess that V2 Particle will be the first one to go.  Optyx Illusion and Prime Time will race for 2nd spot.

01kay If I remember correctly you were the one bemoaning the demise of this forum and how you could be without it and you were tired of people ruining it.  So, for your part of helping the forum to survive you decide to be rude and insulting to one of the most respected posters on the board.  Hum you are right there certainly are people running this place into the ground and as you said before I am tired of it.

to 01kay you are the type of person that had me not coming to the board for a long time, but you know what I am hoping with strider and Ragnar and some like that we can take it back.  It is a public forum you are correct and i certainly wouldn't ask you to be "paticent", but I would ask you to be a human being and be respectful of others opinions if not we get high school.

By the way, if I knew the answer, I would have told you what I knew.  How was I "forcing my opinion" on you?  I was only trying to point out that it was senseless to repeatedly bump a topic until more people were online.

SEE, HOW HARD WAS THAT!?!? THATS ALL I WANTED TO KNOW!!!! Thank you Bowlerstyle...

Anyways...

If you check my profile I only bowl with Ebonite stuff, but all the stuff I have never reacted this extremely out of the box and I've never had an Ebonite ball die. This stuff is really extreme though, I was standing 40 shooting 5 and it was coming back, I WANT THEM DEAD!!!!

When you see a post 7 times in an hour on the front page, you expect to find an interesting topic.  Something worth discussing by many people.  All I saw were a string of ttt's.  I never told you not to post anything, merely suggested you were wasting your (and anyone else's who was online) time by repeatedly bumping a post without adding any content.  There is such as a thing as manners, even online.  If you wouldn't have removed a bunch of posts, more people would see what I already know.

Continuing this is a stupid and pointless exercise.  Good day.  I'm out.

Hopefully this post will die.  Soon.

got a v2 particle about 30 games on it, no change yet
got a v2 pearl w/ about 100 games on it no change of reaction
got optyx illusion w/ about 50 games on it no change of reaction
had a adrenaline....died about 150 games in
got a jungle green predator w/ about 200 games on it still hooks(really dull, feels like sandpaper) but i dont use it anymore since inserts are badly worn
got a dominator...bought it used w/ undisclosed amount of games on it

got a power diesel w/ about 25 games on it...no change of reaction(ebo makes hammers)

i do regular cleaning and once every third month or so a soaking....if im using them and i dont rip the cover off the ball so they last long than they would for a cranker.

thanks for not saying what balls you are talking about(now that someone mentioned it they are in your profile), what do you mean by aggressive? spark up earlier than expected? major FLIP(more likely since you do use axis leverage)

[sarcasm]great post great post[/sarcasm]

more than 1 ttt every other hour is outragous btw especially in an equipment forum which will take about a month for it to fall off the first page of the ebonite forum.
