Question about Complete NV

In the video on Ebonite's website, Ron Hickland states that factory OOB is 2000 grit sanded and powerhouse factory finish while the ratings chart says it's 4000 grit sanded and the factory finish. What gives?

Complete NV's factory finish is 2000 Abralon + PowerHouse Factory Polish
