from my experience with both the raid and the angular one the angular one likes to jump off the spot harder and the raid is hard off the spot but a little smother in the back end

My buddy with front 8: "Me too!"
Me: "Yeah, but yours both have arrows on them, and an arrow in between!"

Angular One hands down, one of my favorite balls of all time.

Pearl vs Solid coverstocks. The Angular as the name states will more angular of the spot being pearl(more skid/snap). The Raid will be smoother but still strong being solid.

Also the angular one has the original one core in it while the raid has a low diff. version of the no limit core.  The angular one has a stonger core and stronger mass bias.  I loved both of them, I still throw my angular one and I use my raid's in the regionals alot

I agree with everything said.

Raid a GREAT unsung ball.  Angular one a great talked about ball.  A lot of people have complained about angular one ball dying.

One thing I really liked about the Angular One was how easy it was to get back to out of box reaction. I drilled up about 6 of them for myself and averaged 250+ in 2 summer leagues, I don't think there is a ball out there that carries better on a house condition.

You can change the look with different Abralon and go back to the original and have the exact same look you started with.

Angular one is definitely the stronger of the two. Took both to 4000 abralon and the angular became a different monster all total.

The TNV rolled up way too soon for me on house conditions, the main reason I liked the Angular One was how easy it pushed. I drilled up several TNV's and they just didn't match up with my game, I did just drill one Sunday as I wanted to try it on Dead Man's Curve but the pattern was too long for the cover I had on it so will take it down and try it again this Sunday.

Owning 2 houses with Pro Lane in one and SPL in the other with 2 new Lane Walkers putting out the pattern gives me many options to practice on.

Oh yeah the Angular One was one of my all time favorites.  I still throw one, had 2 crack on me, man was I pissed.  Luckily I was able to find a NIB one on ebay a few months ago

Raid = more strength, very angular

Angular one = less strength, little more angularity.

I'd go with the Raid. It's more versatile...takes coverstock adjustments better.

Angular One would be a better choice than the raid.  Ball is consistent off the breakpoint, and what I particularly like is it carries on thru the pindeck.  Higher than average carry.

LL - the TNV is a lot jumpier that the AO.  But when you have the backend required and clean first 5 boards, the TNV shines.  Very nice.
