Raid v. Gamebreaker.
« on: July 16, 2007, 01:01:12 AM »
I know, solid v. pearl, and no real comparison is needed.  But, Ebonite says the Raid has more hook potential than the Gamebreaker.  After reading BTM's review, which said 'on the heavy oil pattern, cranker was playing 4th arrow, to 7 at the breakpoint.'  I am a little sketchy.  Anyone have REAL ideas for both of these rocks?

If you want a ball for heavier oil patterns, get the Gamebreaker.. I called and talked to Ebonite techical guys and they where a big help when I had a couple of questions.

They have a 1-800 number listed on their webpage, I would recommend calling them with any questions you might have.

The Raid will have more backend.  The GameBreaker is more even arc throughout the whole lane.  I threw them at the demo day, and if you remember the original V2 Solid, the GameBreaker is it's brother to a tee.  The Raid is more of the Long and Strong type of reaction, but won't be able to handle as much oil as the GameBreaker.  Box condition versus Box condition, the GameBreaker will be able to handle more oil than the Raid.
