My son had a GameTime and a GYRO. He has purchased a couple new balls and we decided that he was going to give those other two away. So I took them in so I could plug them. But while milling and sanding them both I noticed something really weird.
Where the pin is located, there seems to be a piece of rubber on both of the balls. I am not a big Ebonite person, so I do not have much experience with them. But is this normal for Ebonite to use a rubber cap where the pin is located?

BOWLING IS FUN NO MATTER WHAT YOU SCORE. BUT A 300 IS ALWAYS NICE.
STRIKE ZONE & PYRO. STAND 15 AND THROW 10 OUT TO 5 AND SMASH THE POCKET. AT LEAST THAT IS THE PLAN OF THE NIGHT...
