TNV -vs- No Mercy
« on: February 06, 2007, 03:05:15 AM »
Hey Group,
Someone at work was asking about this combo, since I'm clueless with the TNV could someone who has thrown both tell me what you thought of this two high performance balls.

TIA

My brother currently has both of these balls, and there is a difference in reaction. The no mercy has more midlane and a smoother backend than the TNV. The TNV goes longer and is much stronger and angular on the backends. When the surface was taken down to 2000 on the TNV he got more midlane, and still a very strong backend. Hope this was of some help for you.

A teammate of mine uses the No Mercy as his first ball out of the bag and then switches to the TNV beginning to middle of second game.  Both balls are in OOB condition.  He plays the lanes outside without much swing.

Hope this helps,
Jeff

Your description of the TNV sounds exactly like the "Angular One".
