Shooter, and Shooter XL
« on: June 14, 2004, 12:56:25 AM »
I think I've got it figured out that one is longer than the other.

BUT WHY?

When looking at the description both are listed as same core and core specs and both are polished.  Anyone know the difference and where the XL is coming from?

I have both the xl is much stronger backend the shooter is earlier and more even, i also have the player which is same core and a much stronger coverstock on it. I do not care for the shooter but love the player and xl got two of each of them, always work for me and can usually score good with them. My low game out of 132 league games was 148 so i can live with that for entire year on a 4 game a week scratch league. Covertocks are different on al four of the series warrior, shooter, shooter xl and the player these balls are a steal on ebay under 75.00 shipped most auctions.

What's different?  One solid one pearl, one more polished.

Please help me understand.

Thanks,

I checked out ebonite coverstock page the shooter uses big daddy reactive and the shooter xl uses big daddy xl reactive. So a different formula on each coverstock, i know the xl is much stronger backend wise than the shooter from having them side by side.
