shooter or shooter xl
« on: August 10, 2004, 05:24:18 AM »
I recently got a shooter and dont know if it is one of the shooters that has the wrong cover stock or not. Is there any way to tell? I know the color is different, so how much different are the colors? A friend of mine has a shooter that is dark purple/blue and A ladie on friday nights has a shooter xl that is lighter in color than the one i have. Mine is neither dark or light in color. So how can i tell? Can I check by serial#? The main reason is i dont want to lay it out aggressive if its the xl and i dont want to lay it out weak if its the shooter. If I take a pic any one think they can tell the difference for me?

From what I understand there was a mix up with some of the shooters covers. They accidently put the xl cover on some of them by mistake and people were complaning about the ball not hooking. They were still marked shooter not shooter xl even though they had the xl cover they didnt realize it untill after they shipped a bunch out. Thanks for the help so far.
