I could be wrong Jeff, but the Dry is definately gone and I believe it was the Particle that go it as well.

So it will be:

V2 Strong
V2 Sanded
V2 Sweet
V2 Clean

Like I said in the past...they can do whatever they want with the V2 line as long as they don't mess with the Sanded!!!

Wasn't the dry and clean overlapping ??  Why intro the dry and take it away so soon unless sales were just miserable?

I had both the clean and the dry.

unless you drilled the clean very,very weak, no way did it overlap.

I would guess sales. every THB b#itching about dry lanes never pulled one out around me.

The dry was a very interesting piece and I wish that I could've tried a few with different drillings, but with the one I had it was touchy on drier conditions.  When used correctly the ball was killer, but hit a speck of oil and it wasn't pretty.  I think low sales ultimately killed that ball...while it was a very good ball for what it was intended for, the price point it was in was too high for most non-tournament guys to buy it!

Jeff...having had a good chunk of the V2 line at one time you could probably cover most of the broad conditions with the V2 line.  I would have a hard time using a Clean on really dry conditions...but for the most part you would be covered.

Yes the price point on the V2 Dry was too high the tournament players usally went with a sonic X instead at $50 less.
