When the NV from Ebonite was "introed" or given away with the purchase of a case of Total NV's for pro shops the number told (I believe was 333). Well I'd like to think there are way more than 333 pro shops nationwide. Seeming as how many staffers had them as well (I can count six that I know with the NV and two that have duplicates of them), the huge slew of them that went direct to ebay, a few that are still popping up, the word around the rumor mill a few weeks back was that Mr. Spears in FL (bowlingball.com) fell into a bunch of the NV "x-outs". How is that? You would think that with such a limited run of NV's that there wouldn't be any X-Outs and even if there were X-Outs how and why would they be popping up a year later?
Could it be that there was a larger number produced than we were led to believe? Especially since so many staffers and exempt players have them. Kind of makes you wonder about those who spent $400+ for their super limited edition ball.
