Vital Sign Review
« on: June 30, 2010, 06:44:17 AM »
I have drilled two Vital Signs so far, and can''t say enough about this release since I have had it in my hands. I won''t go into layouts in this review as you can look at the arsenal link below for a picture and description of each drilled Vital Sign.  The first thing that came to me when throwing this ball was how clean it was through the front part of the lane, but still read the mid-lane really strong.  What does this mean?  Well for starters, the core revs up really strong, giving you a lot of control on the lane.  Second because it''s clean through the fronts, it saves a lot of energy for the back part of the lane.  This being said, the Vital Sign hits extremely hard.  Shots thrown I thought would be half tens, were amazingly slapped out.  Kind of an illusion to the eye that I haven''t seen from too many other balls that roll this strong.  The Vital Sign is a great compliment to the Mission.  When the Mission is just too strong and rolly, or doesn''t save enough energy for the back part of the lane, the Vital Sign really shines, even at the out of box Finish of 2000 abralon.  A great compliment to the Vital Sign would be a less grit finished Magic Action.  Same Cover different core.  There is less roll from the core of the Magic Action compared to the Vital Sign. Amazing what Core/Cover Combinations will do for Ball reaction.  Simply Amazing! A great 4 Ball arsenal would be a Mission, Vital Sign, Magic Action, and Game Plan. The Vital Sign is a much needed ball in the line.  Have any questions feel free to contact me.
