Trimax vs. Trimax Extreme

The V2 sanded uses the origional trimax, the Power, the trimax extreme. Both balls have the same rg and diff. I suppose the extreme hooks more. Any insight into the difference in reaction.

I asked the same question to Brian Graham at Ebonite. He said
the V2 Power is just the newer version of the V2 Sanded. The
Trimax Extreme is the newer updated coverstock to handle
the types oil we have currently. 4 to 5 years ago the original Trimax coverstock was able to handle any type of oil but with all the new
types of Viscosity oils they have now, Ebnoite tweaked the
Trimax coverstock to handle today's oil.
