big one first impression
« on: February 23, 2006, 12:01:31 PM »
ok i broke down and bought the big one they had a special so it only cost me 13 dollars more than if i bought it online. put 9 games on it on a good ths. also shot my oracle . big one drilled #2 on the ebo sheet. there was no limit to the room i had to give this ball. i through one shot from the left of the left gutter(other lane ) just to see and it came back from 5 and struck. as the lanesbroke down the ball just was too much for the lanes. i picked up my oracle thinking the shot would be similar boy was i wrong. the oracle at 600 matte wasnt even close .where i didnt have enough room for the big one i was playing 25 to 10 with the oracle and if i missed right forget it,10 pin or washout.so i decide i was gonna find a shot with the big one .Flattend my hand and pointed the ball to the gutter from 35 6 bagger. what really impressed me was the way the pins cleared the deck,no 10 pin ,straight back it flew.I actually felt bad because this ball is so good and predictable there was no reason for me not to shoot better. i had decent games 220 230's but i trully believe with this ball in my hand it shows how bad a bowler i am because the ball is just that good. Give it room and sit down and watch the fire works. I just hope in 2 weeks i am not crying the my ball died blues again. For right now though this ball is the cats meow, makes my oracle look like plastic.I am a low speed high track player and i was afraid the ball would be too much for me ,this ball is perfect just what i was looking for.Leagues tommorrow and sunday tourney this sat. i will update as i go,wish me good targeting.
