What newer Ebonite ball would be similiar to the Blue Wolf? Any info appreciated.

The Blue Wolf or the SeaWolf? (just double checking)

IMHO

SeaWolf - possibly the Shooter
Blue Wolf - perhaps the Killer Instint Sanded, Primal Instinct, or Player

A good driller that was familiar with the ball in question would be able to do this inquiry more justice.
I'm just going with what I've read about these balls and the basic information that I can find.  The Blue Wolf was asymetric so I thought the KIS and PI would be more fitting than, lets say, a Show Time.

Loved the Blue Wolf.
Not so crazy about last few years of EBonite; however, the Showtime Sanded shows a lot of promise, similar to the Blue Wolf.
Wonder if that propeller core would take a strong resin solid core close to the Blue Wolf? Is the Player such a ball?

Players are a steal on ebay and the propeller core is a great underrated core like the vendetta series. I have 3 players 2 drilled the same the other polished to mirror finish, also i have the shooter and shooter xl all react very different with same core. My player is stronger than my 4x4 v2 sanded by about 3-4 boards on most shots and the best part is on ebay they are under 60.00 for most auctions.

That's why I put them on my list.  That and a skilled driller can punch holes in that ball/core to really emphasis different characteristics.  Early roll, all backend, good midlane read, etc...

I would also have to agree about the player, it can be a very agressive ball when drilled correctly.  ANother would be a savage if you can find one or even a v2 sanded.  All great balls and you really won't spend an arm and a leg for them.
