TPC Warrior replacement
« on: July 18, 2005, 03:11:56 AM »
I'm currently looking at new bowling balls to replace my old TPC Warrior that's only 14lbs.  I'm moving back up to 15lb ball, got the 14 lb. due to softball injury.  I'm a once a week bowler and I haven't kept up with all the changing technology that now comes with selected a bowling ball.  I prefer to play down and in.  Just looking for sugeestions on a ball for medium-light conditions in Ebonite line.  I'm also looking at Storm Hybrid.

Thanks

The Hybrid is a good med-lite oil ball. Ebonite..I'd suggest..Xcel Pearl, Show Time Pearl, or maybe the Ice.

I suggest the Ice with a fairly strong drill pattern. Less hand would make it versitile and more hand would handle the Med-Light condition. Good Luck.

the crossfire would be a great choice. it has a pearlized cover and is strong enough to handle a little more oil in case u run into that.

plus the the crossfire isnt very expensive, giving you more bang for you buck.

What i mean by a beginner ball is that this ball will not be a HOOK MONSTER. Its a good ball, if drilled properly it would work great. Maybe i shouldnt use the word Brginner, but what im trying to say is that it will not over react too much, and from what my friends ball does, it reads the entire med lane and backend very well.
