Can anyone tell me if the V2 core had that void in it like in the picture or is that just a cut away so that you can see the interior weight cap?

It has to be a cutaway to show the inside of the core as the V2 is symetric and that cutaway (if it were there) would make it an asymetrical core

Thanks for that..
I would love to see a ball that is asymmetrical and open like that.. provided they can make it fall within the legal specs.. I think it would provide the characteristics that everyone liked about the V2 core with the ability to fine tune the backend reaction..
