would the V2 power be too much ball for a house shot?

You do realize that there is different oil volumes in house shots. Some are on the lighter side while some on the opposite side. The Power is more suited to the medium-heavy to heavy side of the scale so if your not bowling on that kinda of oil, look into something weaker.

I was wondering the same.....If the shot is not on the oily side then I would not suggest that ball...If the house shot is mor eon the medium to dry side...or the traditional block I would go with something else

If it isn't EBONITE it isn't bowling........

I use it mine on a House Shot. It's real strong in box condition but I polished mine slightly and it's more controlable.

Just me, but...I think the Trimax covers are just about the best ..they are easy to adjust up or down, haven't thrown my Power, yet, but if it's cover is anything like the other V2's, with a small adjustment, IMO, they are the best for about anything you'll come up against.
