resurfacing Nitro R2
« on: November 09, 2006, 12:47:33 AM »
This might be a weird question, but a number of years back I bought a Nitro R2 at nationals, I think in 1995.  I still use the ball on drier conditions, and it still works well.

I picked up another Nitro R2 at a rummage sale for a buck.  It is is outstanding shape.  I will need to get it redrilled lefty, but what I was wondering is what would happen if I dulled the surface on that ball?  I don't want something that just rolls out and dies, so if it really won't help the ball much I'm not going to mess with the surface.
