I was looking for a good ball for my 11 year old brother who has been using a Tornado and will be ready for a better ball soon. I thought a V2 Sanded would be a great ball for him to start really learning about the game. My question is, are they still being made?

Thats what I was looking for...a ball that can be altered easily for different lanes because my brother doesn't know anything about adjusting yet because he can only play 1 line with his Tornado, straight up the 5 were it is dry.

If they are smart they would continue to make it. It's one of the best balls ever made.

Good thing it's still be made!! It's still one of my all time favorites and a must have in my eyes. I figure Ebonite will one day either retire the ball or revise the coverstock to better match conditions out on tour.
I still believe that it would be a mistake to do either...and if/when they decide to do either I will buy atleast one case and store them away. Might even buy more!!

My thoughts exactly. I have a standing order with my distributor, if he hears it's going away, I get a case of 14,15, as a minimum
