Title: Warranty?
Post by: guffnuh on November 13, 2013, 07:30:00 PM
Who do I contact to make an Ebonite warranty claim? My Exceed cracked and I've emailed them on their website twice with no response. So far I'm really disappointed with their customer service.

This link may possibly help you:
http://www.ebonite.com/contact.html

There is also an office phone number on there.  You may need to actually call them since you mentioned that they are not responding online.  It's interesting that Ebonite is not responding because they can use all the good promotion they can get right now.  Their refusal to get back to you is not a good thing since it causes bad word of mouth...

typically, the shop where you bought it should handle the warranty
no excuse for not getting back to you
i would call the number and talk to a live person
I have had zero issues with Ebonite product lines customer service
i called, no email

Take the ball to the Shop where you purchased it.They in turn will get with their supplier. Ebonite International stands  behind all their product.
You may have to send the ball back to the Supplier.
Let us know how it goes.
